As a first time homeowner, I did not know many things about buying or maintaining a house. One thing I did know, however, was the house needed a paint job. I was very fortunate to have come across Santiago and Bryan Pro Painting. Santiago was very courteous and professional. Our living room ceilings are very high and other contractors were either charging an exorbitant amount or stating they could not guarantee a good job on the ceiling. Santiago and his team painted our whole house in just about a week, at a reasonable price, so that it was ready for our move-in. Fast forward a year, and I am happy to report the paint job has held beautifully and the interior of the house looks great. I highly recommend Bryan Pro Painting.

Santiago was great! We needed to paint our kitchen in a fairly tight time schedule and Santiago came same day to give us a quote (very fair!) and was able to help us meet our deadline so we could tile the following week. We lost power on Day 1 but Santiago worked without power to help us stay on track. He even helped pick up paint when I had to leave with my one year old to go to in-laws with power. Will use again!

The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done our dining room had multiple layers of wallpaper that needed to be removed. The work is immaculate! Santiago and team did an amazing job with with the front of our home. Due to sun damage, the old exterior paint was flaking off to the point we were considering residing the entire house. Reassuringly, Santiago stated he could get the finish almost back to new. Within a few days of hard work, I could not be more impressed with the results and overall experience. What a great job by Santiago and his team at Bryan Pro Painting. Santiago was early every day and eager to work. They were very respectful in the house and were sure to cover everything before painting, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We attempted to do some custom work to a wall that they had already painted which I messed up a little, and Santiago repaired it and repainted it at no extra cost! He was very reasonably priced! He made my house look entirely brand new again. Between removing a bunch of old wallpaper, and new trim throughout the house, and installing new laminate flooring, we could not be any happier.
